SWAPA is a joke

How is that bad form? He's stating the obvious. When it comes to negotiating, especially with SWA, we are total pu$$ies! We got a pathetic 1.25 overide for our FOs from the company. This deal costs them nothing, and we gave up all leverage by settling so quickly. It's sad how SWAPA gets steamrolled every time we negotiate anything (TA1, TA2, SL8, and now SL9.)

Dude, LOL, I thing you guys should vote in ALPA. Man they negotiate the best work rules ever, and the pay is pay is off the chain. I am thinking at least $300 hour min. for you guys. Just do it. Here the number (703) 689-2270.
