I am optimistic. Gary has been playing chess while most of us are trying to figure out how to King a checkers piece...
It's just a different thought process- look at things systemically and it's what SWA has been planning for years
They've been as honest as they can be- it's up to us to connect the dots

All instructors believe something big is about to go down. Training is adding eight new instructors and a large number of new check airman. Could some of the senior check airman be leaving to another aircraft?

Separating the FOM and AOM could be an indication of another aircraft coming.

They are also currently looking at expanding current training center or building a complete new one.
