I voted NO, but actually it's a 6% pay increase.

2% in 2007
2% in 2008
2% Sept 2009

Further increase in pay for year 7-12 FO's in relation to percentage of Capt pay.

It'll pass by 61%

My Alpo regional had 1/5 the pilots of SWA and 7 times as many open grievences.

Probably because it wasn't filled with F-Teener yes men.
