I'm over it...it doesn't really affect me. I work at FedEx and am not going anywhere. However, I know a few people in the pool who are at other places. In some cases, those airlines knew about the fact the guy was in the pool, but in other cases they did not. How would you like to be going on a 6 month probationary check at a carrier (say CAL or DAL) right after someone found out you'd been in the SWA pool all along? I think most pilots--even the most proud of their comany--understand this is a pragmatic game and you need to do what you must to protect your career while you earn to put bread on the table. Then again--I can also see how at some companies someone might get "uncomfortable" with that info out there in public, and perhaps some smaller picture folks might in fact put some pressure on that person.
