Island Driver...Interviewed May 22 Typed on august 5.

My sim partner was a pre-hire as well. I think he is on the "Other" board and not this one. Also a guy in our class was typed on the 4th...I do not think he is on this board either.

Great to hear about the october class. Was in the PD today they say plan on 2n'd quarter 08 for a class for us.

does anyone know if they have finished filling the two september classes? or any idea when calls start for the october classes?

The training dept is what determines/confirms classes, then they give the PD the go-ahead to start filling them. Calls for classes go out between 21-30 days ahead of time, so the math can easily be done based upon the tentative class dates as to when you might expect a call. They said they usually confirm the next month's worth of classes at the beginning of the previous month. The October class(es) will not be firmed up until early September. Cheers, klr
