For the new guys, sorry for the thread creep. Fool737 has some valid points. Frustration levels are high during our 2+ year long negotiations. Combine that with Age 65 and growth stagnation and you've got the perfect storm. There are quite a few guys that are on their "retirement job" and would "do this job for free" which just adds to the frustration as you sit in the right seat listening to this guy making 250K a year ... all while you sit on RSV commuting to the west coast.

But look at the big picture here. Of all the airlines, I think you'll be be flying for the best airline that can weather this financial sh!t storm.

Heck yes he'll fit right in !!! I can remember recently having a beer ( the last one of the "evening") at the Mainsail pool...with a weekend reserve cabin crew from MDW...at 5 AM

I do not think it is that many, I was the one of the last guys into the pool after the July DB and I was under the impression there were about 50 people in front of me. I Could be wrong though...
