I never answer the phone except when the ops agent says scheduling is on the line for you.

That is why the JA should pay double you have no choice.

With the way things are in this industry now.....Dude you need to ZIP IT! If you have a grievence? Talk to your rep and explain to them how overworked we are and that you deserve 200% for JA's. Better yet, reach down in the depths find a little humility, and thank God almighty your not at some Supplemental carrier or at Mesa where a lot of times its straight pay and instead of having 10 or 11 days off a month its 9 or 10.
