Hey poolies! For all those who have a class date congratulations! Quick question. Did everyone do another pee test? If you had to do it again did they call you for the pee test before the call to class, or was it the same phone call?

I haven't been called for another pee test yet and I was told by PD yesterday that it looks like I'm slotted as one of the last people in the last class in May depending on deferrals. I would think that if I need to do another pee test they would want to get it done sooner rather than later.

I'm asking because that's a good indicator if you are still in the pool.

A lawyer will do nothing but drain you pocket book on this issue. You are not given the job until you show up for class!!! Being extended an conditional job offer(being in the pool) gives you no employment rights. Enough on this...congrats to those who got the call.

In fact all they say is we would like you to continue the interview process...nothing about a job offer...from what I remember.
