Classes for May

What a fantastic airline!!!!! I called the PD today….needed help planning my May….son graduates from High school...dont want to miss it and want to start work. Anyway, they told me that there is two more classes in May to fill…..17 and 31. If I don’t hear anything by weeks end I will be scheduled for 31st. My interview date was 02/07. I suppose you can gauge yourself from here.

No other airline would help an “almost new hire” …..already they are going out of their way to help me…..you just cant find many that compare to the people at Southwest…I am so ready to be part of it. Sorry for the testimonial.

Hope the Intel helps a few of you waiting. Obviously it is worth the wait….no doubt.

Any HPA 'grads' with specifics and which type? Classic or NG?

Class start

Got the call to start on the 17th of May!!!! I cannot wait. Good luck to those that are waiting. My understanding from KU is I am the last name on that date. Next class start is the 31st. I interviewed 02/07. Hope that helps those waiting.

Well it sounds like the April DB is still waiting in the wings and we're up to 2/7 interviewees waiting for a class date. Would any remaining poolies (2/8 or later) like to tip your hat on where you lay in the stack?

Received the call from Houston Chief Pilot on January 17, 2006.
Type rated at K & S Aviation on February 9, 2006.

Received the call from PD on April 20, 2006 for a May 17, 2006 class.

Just doin my part to keep the thread alive.
