I think you need to take a look at how you are coming across! You sound like some immature punk-know-it-all. Certainly not like an officer in the United States military. I can tell you that to be successful in this career you must be able to get along with others. So give the guy a break! So he's short of a degree by a few classes. Did he say he wasn't going to finish? Maybe the original thread was to see if his ideas of mass mailing resumes was premature! And last time I checked you don't need a degree to be a fine pilot.
