But seriously, this job is so insanely easy and fun I never understood why some guys make it so difficult.

Flying is flying. If you have a new guy sitting next to you its doubtful you're going to want flight instruction from him. And no matter what you were flying before it's not a SW 737-700. New plane, new company, new procedures, etc.

Be one with the sponge. Absorb.
