I'm a Southwest guy. And...I want Delta pilots to thrive; I want their next contract to be a home run for them and sustainable for their company.

As airline pilots, we do better individually when we do better collectively. Our loyalties and ambitions should be more closely linked to our profession in general than our companies in particular.

Agreed, but be careful with using words like collectively on here...all those tea party guys will start calling you a socialist.
