A staple is not against the law. It may not be what happens but "no staple" is not what B/M and A/M say. Do your research.
It should go by last 4 digits of your social security. 3000's first, then 7000's, 1000's, 5000's, 4000's, 0000's, 9000's, 2000's, 6000's and last 8000's. Also you should be able to move up and down with the people directly next to you by winning a best of three challenge. The best of 3 challenge can come from this list: 40 yard sprint, max reps of 135 bench press, a game of Risk, a best of 3 series of rock/scissors/paper, hot dog eating contest, a race around the world by boat, drinking contest of some kind or contest of who can jump off the highest platform and survive. If the 2 contestants can't come to an agreement on the challenges then the challenge selection goes to an arbitrator.
Date of hire, no bump and flush.
HaHa you a funny guy I like it...How bout ya put together the best five teams on each side, and race in the Interline regatta? It's all just in time, the regatta starts 2nd week in October
I think they are talking about the $16500 match from the company, not what you contributed. They will match up to 16500, then it goes in to the excess fund. You won't see the excess funds deposited until March, I think, and I have no idea why.
You can't contribute beyond 16500. But they company can match beyond 16500 as long as the total from all sources doesnt go beyond 49000. To get the 16500 from the company, you'll have to make 177,000. After that, it will go into the excess fund.
No, I'm not sure what they may be asking but I've hit the 16.5 and I am no longer contributing (Daddy got a Pay Raise in Sept. by 20%!)
Hey Friends,
Looking at the last couple mergers, I would think this would go to Arbitrators, and they will decide. Each side puts up a defense and their own proposed list, and then the arbitrators will decide. Very unlikely there will be any staple thanks to the Bond/McCaskil bill. Other than that, it's great that my GOOD friend Ty Webb will now see the beautiful paradise of Lubbock, Texas, at a really good pay rate too. You guys are FANTASTIC, and don't ever forget that! Bye Friends!
Bye Bye--General Lee
That reminds me, how many days a month do DAL reserve pilots have off a month?
I cant wait to fly the first ATL-LBB leg. Looks like big screen tv's and pizza party for the ATL folks!! Can we ask for Direct LBB out of 10 or 12 thousand feet? Thx.
So, did general leave his screen open or did someone hack him?Hey Friends,

Relative seniority based on average W-2 gross over the last 3 years, sounds fair to me. Of course that will equate to a staple somewhere around the 85th percentile.
Value.................. didn’t you just authorize a strike at
AAI. Relative integration is a pay increase for every AAI pilot day one. What do SWA pilots get day one?
or better yet how about we never merge the list and tie it up for years in the courts, like usair/awa. Enjoy you contract and we will enjoy ours.
No, SWA gets growth, SWA pilots get integrated into a larger company with slowed growth, taking longer to upgrade. So what do SWA pilots get again?Growth
I'm thinking demolition derby, a poker game, or paintball game.
Let me guess...you've been at SWA about 3-4 years. Has the whole idea about using W2's in a merger/acquisition ever been done, because it sounds really lame. DOH...fine, relative seniority....fine, rock paper scissors...fine, not some creative BS that's never been done before just because it provides the results you want. So much potential, I really hope both sides can see the big picture and not just our own individual slice of the pie. That's the problem with this job, too much I've got mine...pull up the ladder. We need to appreciate the value in each company and keep the respect we've had as adversaries. Obviously GK knows we are a formidable opponent in the markets we compete with SWA and Delta in. Everyone at AT has a healthy dose of respect for LUV. Each company has had to fight the big boys tooth and nail to survive and prosper along the way, the "kindred warrior spirit" GK was talking about.
I think it should be done by height, now would that be from tallest to shortest or vice versa?
