It's true, those guys are toast. They are nothing more than bargaining chips.

Do you think even for one second that the terminations would have happened if FltOps mgt didn't have all their ducks in a row?

Beginner....

As I said, just another selection out of the F n H handbook...

Stand by for the next chapter, we've all seen it coming.

Beginner, golly gee, if thats how you want to push this Rookie, then you might want to revisit taunting 101 with the fifth graders. Insult me with originality, Dimwit.

That wasn't meant as an insult. It was simply an observation of your experience in management.

When it comes to insults, you and the rest of your union membership love to insult me, and it's rare if ever do I bother to respond. It's the union way, always has been always will be.

So far bringing the union on to the property at Flight Options have cost a couple hundred people their jobs, and before it's over my guess is that it's not over yet.

Insult away there bunny..... it's the only way union bullies know how to behave.

Camera in the cockpit?

Well hey bafoon-19.

Hows this, when they put a camera in your office, maybe we'll talk about putting one in our cockpits.

But then again, we have Union representation so that likely ain't gonna happen.

Oh, and one other thing.

"Looks like they didn't represent the pilots", either".

You may end up wrong on this issue.

So, let me get this straight?

Those other employees got canned and they weren't union?

And the union are a-holes because they aren't defending them?

But the union employees have a chance to get their jobs back through contract negotiations.

If there is any chance for the Non-Union employees to get their jobs back it will likely be a side effect of a Union Contract with the company

I.E. Citation Shares and Flexjet getting raises shortly after Netjets.

(In case you arent aware those are 2 other Fractional companies)

I have a hard time trying to keep up with your line of logic.......

Oh wait! Because it isnt!

Just my observation, I don't think your FUD campaign is working.

Ducks in a row...

I got a friend out in the Hill Country who collected some out of court settlement monies when a certain company thought they had their ducks in a row. I wonder what company that was?

Boy does he have a nice house now.

Unfortunately, he's not real popular on the line.

You don't know the difference between a drop, a drip, a seepage and a leak, I sure as hell wouldn't expect you to understand the finer points of certifying 91K, 135 and 121 air carriers that are all certificated under Part 119.

You apparently don't know the difference between an airline and a fractional.

You apparently don't know the difference between right and wrong.

You apparently don't know the difference between authoritarianism and respect.

Do I NEED to know the EXACT rate of a drop, drip, leak, or seep? No! Why? If it is ANY of the above situation I can find the answer. THAT is the big difference. I can LEARN that information if required. You are INCAPABLE of learning right and wrong. You are INCAPABLE of making the distinction of respect and authoritaranism. I hoping you can learn the difference between an airline and a fractional. I know you can do it.

Wisdom begins with 3 words: I don't know.

You might want to try it sometime when you get off your high horse, "Your Majesty.":puke:

Apparently our Union has forgotten who they work for. .....

. Knowing this, I would say we take B’s email very seriously.

I have spoken with several of our pilots and everyone agrees that the pay raise is fair and the package is a great starting point. Therefore, why would we be ignorant and actually make a stand that would lead to our unemployment. ..........

However, should we all lose our jobs because of it? I don’t think so and I don’t think that is what the 70 pilots would want us to do.

............

Our negotiating committee seems to be on their own agenda and has stopped listening to the pilot group.

we want to keep our jobs.

I just read a similar post on the Union web site from another first time poster making all sorts of crazy accusations against the Union.

I guess we now know who the moles on the Union board are.

Tarantis/S.S.

Only out for himself!

S.S.,
He might be a mole. But, I don't think he is. He is only looking out for himself as he always has. He has never understood the concept of a united group. It amazes me that he is still employed here with his sexist views and treatment of female pilots. He is the type that needs a union safety net to keep his job!
I talked with him over a year ago and explained the dues issue to him and told him that he is responsible as a member to seek information and stay informed. He is still using the same weak argument today, so don't buy it! I know he doesn't care about our brothers and sisters on the street. Furthermore, anyone that doesn't support them getting their jobs back immediately does not earn the right to call them their brothers and sisters.
