It took me 9 years to crack 100k at ASA.

Did you really? Was that including bonus? I left before the last contract was finished (I couldn't wait any longer. Sadly, never got any back pay, oh well those who stayed got a "signing bonus"). Had I stayed, I would now be on year 12 pay which doesn't look to shabby, depending on the schedule.
