When the AAI guys fight tooth and nail for their seniority, it's just them fighting for what is fair and what they deserve.

But when the SWA guys fight tooth and nail for their seniority they are greedy, non-team players, and arrogant.

Is that how you see it?

You're missing the point. Would you have had your "we love Gary" get together today if the AAI MEC had not voted the way they did? That's what I thought. So in the end this has nothing to do with your management. Gary just wants a solution. The AAI MEC just wants a fair one. You guys can't seem to check your ego at the door. To me that is very UNLIKE the SWA guys I've known over the years. This is just another testament to the reality that your airline is more like every other airline out there.
