Yes, we get it. Everyone has a SWA story and just like fishing stories, they get better over time.

The SWA culture of old was all about keeping things moving. As many of you have witnessed, some guys took that to a more aggressive level. Move on to 2012 and you will find that most guys operate at a much slower pace than in the past. The culture has changed since BUR and Flt/Ops has designed things to help facilitate that slow down. Are there still a few..."cowboys"? Yep, but to act like we operate over 3000 flights a day in that manner is just a bit over the top!

So Happy New Year and happy AA taxi speeds!!!
