Hi Guys, No, I did NOT lose my medical or get canned. I had a few jobs flying after Emery. Chief Pilot of a 135 operator and DC8 Captain. Theres just NO Money in it anymore, and for me, flying for a job is not a hobby. So time to move on. I miss it, but I can't give up 3/4 of my life for a seat in the sky with being compensated $ VERY $ VERY $ VERY well. Our lives go by so to fast, you know how it goes. How many events and family functions have we missed by being pilots. Now Im a FULL TIME Actor, Comic, and Musican. And Still having Fun. 14,000 hours, perhaps I will teach sim part time or CFI part time. Still current. Im very happy I had the chance to fly the DC8. Just sorry I bypassed the DC10 at EWA. I was going for QOL. Over and Out.

I loved the video where you snuck into the porn party thing and Ron Jeremy kind of looked you up and down like WTF is this guy! You need to head over to the Bunny Ranch next and do a farce on the HBO's series. Or how about caneman goes skydiving. I can hear it now, "WHHOOOOAAAA! I'M KINDA GOIN PRETTY FAAAAAST AND ALL!"

BTW, I'm a professional entertainer as well. Last night I made $60 playing a rock n roll gig (I played the keys last night - Hamond organ and Wurlitzer) Free food and beer and $60. Hell yeah, I'm hittin the big time! Tonight I play again with the same band at another club. It's pretty funny how music is making ends meet for me since CFIing doesn't pay well and I don't have any real students yet at my new flight school gig. I wonder if I'll still rely a little on music when I have a real aviation job.
I majored in Jazz Piano Performance and Audio Engineering in college but decided to start flying when I was 27 and got a sweet gig as a bellman at a 5 star hotel (I'm 30 now). I payed for every bit of my PPL and Instrument with 5 dollar bills from tips and the flight school reported me to TSA thinking I was a terrorist or something. HA!
