So is this the brilliant plan to get through this summer?
Evidently The computer told them to declare an IROP in ATL even though there is NO delay program, flow control or..........a cloud in the sky.

So they just lie and say ATL has a delay program so we are in IROP?
At least I got some greasy squeeze cheese nachos last week so all is well.
No accountability at all......
They declared IROP for DFW on Sunday. Flew over DFW and it was clear in a million. I don't get it!
You dickmouths have to admit, this is a record number of "irops" for this time of year. Ever. Coincidence?
They are jonesin' for some good performance.
And according to Ms. Dumbass in scheduling ORD, IAH, CLE, IAD, EWR are also experiencing ATC programs. Ummmmmm no they aren't, sing and a miss.
