So this had nothing to do with Seniority? The arbitrator was tasked with producing a Longevity List Integration? Seniority is simply "senior" or "junior". Integrate that and you vaccinate one side from being infected by the problems of the other.

Context is an important thing. I agree with you when you talk about binding arbitration. I don't necessarily agree with you on seniority. Not 100%.
