In reality, nobody cares about what you say either..
I don't think anyone on here knows what they're talking about. I think though the best hint is to take a clue from what the aircraft manufacturers are presently building and plan on building.
And watch which planes are being parked. If you think that scope clauses will go away and you will fly anything more than 76 seats, then you are dreaming..... If Bombardier is thinking about building a bigger RJ, it will very likely be flown by a mainline if it is over 76 seats. There is your hint and clue.
Bye Bye--General Lee
Remember the days when mainline guys said that regionals will never fly anything more than 50 seats? Your contract will be molested again and management will find another way to get around it.
Soon those regionals will be flying 100+ seats.
That must have been back in the 1950s, since I recall ASA and RIO flying Dash-7s for DL, and I think they had 50 seats? Regardless, the contract will be enforced, and your 100 seat wet dreams will evaporate along with 50 seat jobs, leaving you and other Empty Nipple 200 hour wonders to search for other jobs you are willing to do for almost free.
Bye Bye--General Lee
Wow, you're really that clueless, arent you?
Which side of 121 flying has increased over the last 15 years and which has shrunk? The regionals are going put you mainline strokes out of a job.
