Skywest new pay proposal out! I can't stop laughing!

Wait! Wait! I have to put my gallon of SGU kool-aid down - it's coming out of my nose!

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHA!!!!!

OMG! Wow!

1.8% increase for EMB120 drivers, with a 1% increase for COLA over the next 3 years as I understand the proposal.

Gee, why would you possibly want a union with those wonderful wages? Enjoy that extra Burrito Surpreme you will now be able to buy with that raise.

YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU DESERVE, YOU GET WHAT YOU NEGOTIATE.

How the hell am I supposed to buy that new HDTV I want with this raise? Seems to me nothing more than creative accounting going on.

Being the highest paid regional is a lot like being the tallest midget at the circus. At this point, my real worry is what happens when all the majors find dance partners... and decide that they don't all need five (or ten) regional partners and a bazillion rjs. Great pay is only great when you still have a job.

Not sure what you mean, but if you work at SkyWest, your job is still in jeopardy...it's called working at an airline. Of course, if SkyWest furloughs...they could furlough out of seniority, or by base, or whatever suits them...one more reason I wish we had union representation. Thanks 67%ers. You're right, at that point, pay doesn't matter, but I think strong representation still would.

Those damn bazillions and their rjs!

It is out. All I can say is WOW. What an insult that they even put this to a vote.
The majority are getting exactly what they deserve. I just feel sorry for the minority that had a brain and voted YES.

how much of a raise would we be getting right now if we had votes YES? that is, after the 1.9% we'd lose.
