Wow- i'm not really that grumpy- but let's see here. A thread about skywest's awful pay slap- devolves into a pissing contest w/ dispatchers and now this. You wonder why you don't have respect from your management. Maybe stop acting like kids, be professional and they might pay you like it. You do realize you're holding back the rest of the "regional" industry. It's been skywest's turn to up the ante for a LONG TIME.

And before anyone spouts off- i have enough life experience to know i'm a fun guy and been laid as much as 95% of you- but it shouldn't be strange that I would hope this thread could be somewhat serious. I feel bad for the 1000 that are professionals-
