I was told by a friend that West coast destinations will involve an overnight stay ... not a true out and back.

I am sure the crews will enjoy staying at the HoJo (sharing one room). Good thing there are vending machines near by for food and drink...
 
At Ryan Air you have 2 shift. No 15 hrs duty day.
Start 5:30-6 00 am end at 14:30 1500

second shift start at 1400 1500 end 2200 2300.
4 days on 3-4 off.
no overnights.
pay: junior fo (less than 1000 hrs) anywhere in EU (not UK) 3000 euros per month CPT based in ROme 7000 Euros per month (after taxes).

You do buy your own water in the plane !!!!!!!!!!!

This being the only reason to allow a Skybus jumpseater. Give em a pro union lecture when they ask for a ride.
