Who would have guessed America West would be buying USAir and making an offer on Delta 5 years ago?

Who would have thought ValueJet would be one of the best paying airlines today?

Why doesn’t Skybus just follow the Gulfstream International model (pay $25,000 to fly for a year). I’m sure the same morons (they have now) would sign up just so they can fly an Airbus.

why would you wish SX to fail? So you wish for families to have their livelihoods destroyed? Think about all the negative things that happen when a company goes out of business. And on a side note, not everyone takes jobs purely for the money...it's a quality of life for many people....people take jobs for less money all the time when they factor in what kind of life they get to have with it.....maybe higher seniority.....being home everynight....being close to family.....being around people who are generally nicer than where they were working before....maybe those things are more important to people.
