My, you're being awfully presumptuous here. Maybe he's not looking to pad his income (something that "complements" his schedule); perhaps all he's really after is validation (someone to "compliment" him on his choice of careers). You never know--with this crowd, it could go either way.

Google Adwords Consultant to small businesses. The large firms are too expensive for small mom and pop companies. Once you learn it and get a few clients you can clean up. Best of all my work is only done on my overnights and long productivity breaks.
 
I can't imagine the coin some of the guys doing interview consulting like Emerald Coast are pulling.
