Rocky, you guys have a cute little company right now, and you all know everyone and that family atmosphere is great. Wait until it gets bigger, and there will be new faces all over, and they wont know you if they stepped on yah. They wont listen to you either (even though you are disillusioned that they will), you have to remember that your just a pilot and pilots never have the big picture.Then they will make the rules as they go. That is when you are going to wish that you had someone overseeing that the company adheres to work rules (as in union). You wait and see scooter. But then again, perhaps your not gonna get much bigger, seeing as though you cancelled your last 6 aircraft from cessna for their end of the quarter not to mention the fact that you guys have cancelled a number of other aircraft throughout the summer. Whats going on over there at the "best?"
