He was a hell of an instructor. Also anyone who can polish off a 5lb steak shows extreme dedication.

Still proving my point idiot.

In all seriousness you have NO CLUE. JG was an EXCELLENT ground instructor who didn't sit there and simply read your manual for the 60hrs of ground school. He truly believed in a well rounded pilot and that was what he strove for and we had at MEH. Just because JG likes to shoot naked women doesn't mean he's "proving a point" to you. He just doesn't like bondage queens as they demand too much. How many RAH instructors could give you that tid bit?

I cannot help it the Reverend doesn't trust your pilot group to instruct each other. Down in ATL a lot of AAI pilots were hoping our instructors were going to remain if and when that was to ever happen. I cannot help it you don't have the "professionalism" to see it that way.

Just to quell the rumors, here are some FACTS:

RAH is going "in house" with their Training Dept....FSI instructors/PCAs will be phased out. (about time)

No Line Check Airman Positions are being offered to off the street pilots.

Current ADEs will keep their Jobs as will all current PCAs. PCA utilization will slow until AQP program in fully implemented.

Positions are being hired for SIM Instructors, and Proficiency Check Airman. Current Training Manual says you must have a valid Class I Medical to meet the position requirement.

"Several" retired and furloughed YX pilots have interviewed for the Job. All high time and very experienced.

All SIM Training will take place in STL.

RAH is moving rapidly to AQP requiring more PCAs.

Unknown info:

Don't know how this will fit with F9 training. We've been told it will eventually come together, but know time line given. There is movement of the two departments coming together on LOSA and AQP aspects.

Compensation package is "industry standard" and comparisons were made to FSI pay.

The "G" Man should consider heading to Amarillo to visit the Big Texan. 72oz steak plus a baked potato, salad and roll and don't forget the shrimp cocktail. If one polishes this off in less than in hour its FREE or it will cost you in upwards of $65.00.

Hey genious, karma says laughing at other's mistakes makes you doomed to repeat them.... By the way you can't track a VOR radial in the Ejet, although it can be set up using the RMI and HDG mode with about 10 keystrokes or so. But being the all-knowing tundra jet driver you knew that, right?

You can easily do it in green needles or you can do it through the FMS with a "direct to" and entering the intercept course on the left side of the mcdu screen, hdg mode then arm nav to capture it.

Either way should take you approximately 10-15 seconds to set up.
