Depends on what they are interviewing for. If it's for CRJ's then it would be very easy I would guess. It's usually pretty random though as to what they are interviewing for.

not interviewing much for the crj anymore, its pretty much fully staffed...and with no growth on the type, dont expect anything other than a hand full per month given the crj, if that many.
 
S5 ORD FO senority is a little strange. A large number of FO's could hold captain in the 145/CRJ but are just waiting out a 170 Capt spot. The base has also been shrinking for over a year. Some guys did just recently get it out of training. I have 1.5 years of senority and am still sitting reserve. In IND I would be around 20 out of 80something
