I would guess it would depend on how your current hat rack looks.

I worked at CHQ for 9moth and resigned for personal reasons NEVER once did I receive a bill or request for payment. Its a scare tactic to ensure CHQ financially balances their investment in your training with the revenue earned on your labor.

I thought this was the reason for the abysmal first-year pay?

In other words, RAH thinks that they're entitled to not only $15k in wage concessions for the first year of employment, but also a contract for two years?
