ok, where are the quickest upgrades as of recent?

That's another thing, take Skywest for instance. Not too long ago they were advertising 2 year upgrades. Now a 4 year RJ captain has been pulled off his line and put on reserve.

I just heard from a a friend that all regionals will stop hiring in the this year. Get you stuff in at once or you will never get to fly an RJ. Ever.
