Yes, there are alot of companies out there asking us to resign seniority numbers.. I would say about 98% at least at UAL are not doing that..Others are being asked to sign agreements or give letter or commitment.. Which the company does go along with.

If you are a pilot and even a major airline pilot, it is a tough time right now..NO hiring for pilots in general and definitely for the most part no hiring for the major airline pilot furloughees..

Its very tough..there are days you do consider giving up the number because all you want to do is fly airplanes
Just my two cents.
