I really hope that rumor is true. 6 resignations a week is 312 a year with an estimated deferral rate of blah blah= I'm never getting recalled:bawling:Recall six for the month, six resignations in a week. You do the math.
I would I think they are great guys, but it is not in my job description.Deleted
Just curious if anyone knows; if a recalled pilot happens to be assigned to their previous fleet- are they required to complete a full initial-type course (obviously check ride would technically be a PC)?
Heard they are planning on recalling 6 per month, according to this weeks recurrent. Hang in there!

Any particular month...
or just random?![]()
Starting in march and ongoing. Wish it were more but not enough sim slots available.
They had better find a way. I think attrition is about to put NJA back on the stepping stone footing.
And it's the attitude they have towards pilots that will make this come true faster than anything else. When you go to recurrent, you get the impression that they think the place would run a helluva lot better if they could get rid of the pilots and their contract and just keep Sales, Owner Service and IT.

What about the rumor that returning furloughees will get placed directly into the right seat of the CL350 as that aircraft fleet ramps up - true or false?
Doesn't sound fair to me if true given all the more senior FOs waiting on the Encore, Beechjet or Phenom for some more leg room...
