ERJ SIC has nothing to do with the time they are looking for. They are looking for circling approaches with no fbo at the other end. SIC time just doesn't offer that type of decision making.

their mins state 2500 TT. Are they holding to those or looking at each applicant individually?

I'm purdy sure they're hard and fast mins, b/c their owner contracts state that "pilot will have at least X amount of flight time", and those are the posted mins. 2500 TT, 500 multi, and an ATP is what you HAVE to have.

When looking at the pay rates don't forget you'll average at least 10% overtime and holiday pay. Even at 1st yr F/O rates I made $250 overtime (4am show, 13 hour duty day) on the first day of my current tour, and I made another $32 on day 2. I'll make $321 extra for working New Year's Day. If you were to work all 10 annual company holidays that's $3210/yr extra on 1st year pay.
If you stay on reserve the entire first year you should break $50K W2 wages.,
