Well they are going for industry average not above and not below, so this is why I voted no. PS you can thank ALPA National because they signed off on the LOA.
......
PSA will undercut everyone for their own cause.
see 2003 rates to get the jets, see PDT, ALG, backstabbing at its best.
History is repeating itself.
Axel have you ever seen the PDT MECS letter to US AIRWAYS stating they were reading to negotiate without PSA for the jets, becuase I have. HAHAHA jokes on you now. Thats why PSA went forward without PDT.

This is how pathetic PSAs rates for a 900 or 86 seat jet are:
Captain :
1st year $66
5th year $75
10th year $ 86
15th year $ 98
18th year $ 103 top pay
PSA is doing it again. They are going to f---- the whole regional industry,
tell them thank you when you see them around the terminal.
I voted NO but what does 1st year captain rates have to do with anything? Noone will ever get paid that. But why is a 5th year guy making $28/hr less than a 18 year guy? The 5th year guy works more days/weekends/holidays etc...
Sooooo you work harder and get paid less. Doesn't make sense so the airlines adopt it.
Mesa will buy PSA and PDT and then PSA will get what they deserve.
My 2 cents

Mesa's assets will be sold to Skywest Inc.
Keep up with the news, pops.
Oh, and PSA will get new 900s to compliment the scrapheap that Mesa operates.
Any ALG/PDT guys who were around during the first iteration of J4J want to comment?
Or for that matter, any PSA guys?
From what i have heard the most consistant story is that PSA management was told from mainline that the Dork Props were going to be sold. PSA had a choice. Either take the CRJ or close your doors, and Piedmont will get the jets.
So take this with a grain of salt. PSA pilots were faced with the decision of looking for a new job or taking the CRJ's.
There were secret meetings between PSA MEC and Management. Whereas Piedmont was supposed to be included in all talks.
Disclaimer: I have no idea if this is the truth. It's just what i have heard in the past 7 years that is the most consistant. PSA Management does have a history of scaring pilots into signing a contract. Don't know if it's legal but thats the game they play.
And that brings us to the new 900 pay rate....
