When things start moving, they will be in a great position prior to the huge hiring years later this decade. 4000 scheduled age 65 retirements occur between 2020 and 2024.

Between now and 2020 and 2024 the world could flip twenty-six times. At the very least the retirement age will have been bumped up a time or two or three.

I know, I was gonna say the same thing. Obambi's printing presses can only run so long and we continue to throw ourselves in massive debt while continuing to spend and waste money. In the next 10-15 years, we will all be in for a real rude awakening. A pilot shortage shouldn't even be on your mind. This country's economy and political + social landscape will take care of whatever pilot shortage you think is coming.
