It was a regional airline, with regional airline pay and work rules. It was no better or no worse than any of the other regionals out there.

At the 121 "regional" I work at we have former Pinnacle guys onboard. They would strongly disagree with your assertion.

Half?

I bet it's close to 1/3 at around low $40's an hour for the CA's.
 
They'll call it a "blended rate." As in, when you see the rate they're going to pay you, you're gonna go out and get blended! :beer:
