i beleive its been convicted of a felony is the question they asked.........so, i have been accused of, but never convicted of a number of things, and for the record, have a couple misdomenors....whatever the spelling.......one from college (roommates radio was on loud, i answered the door, and got a serious ticket which was like over a hundred bucks). oh, and i have also heard from an ALPA attorney, that legally you do not have to report to the company your DUI, not that i have one, but it came up in conversation one day. sure you have to report it on your medical, but its not a trend so there is not an issue, unless you get a second one....then you have made a trend of bad decisions and are in trouble......
any HR people know about misdomenors? like ones from college......barfights.....party tickets.....what else is out there.....that could make a company not want to hire you?
