We're arguing the same side of the equation, W!

You're exactly right- the world is yours once you're capped.

Unfortunately, these gimps took an extra four hours' pay in lieu of a JM credit. So yes, JM events can occur without limit as long as folks sell the contract back for double premium pay.

You know I play the JM-Cap game! ;) I think it will be too hard to play this year, what with 1 in 3 FOs on property hired in 2007.

True True! I knew where you were coming from! Peope need to take the JM's...

And folks, if you are capped out and a sched. tells you that you have to do and grieve it! Well, just laugh really loud and say hold on....... i got click on the other line.......... CLICK!!!!!!!!!!

Questions...

I am reading this post. I got few questions for you.

1. What does Capped out mean? 30 in 7 thingy?
2. Who is Pammy Cakes?
3. When can you say no to scheduling for JM?

I am reading this post. I got few questions for you.

1. What does Capped out mean? 30 in 7 thingy?

Only 3 JMs per year (I thought). After that you can answer your phone and company can't to $ hit but beg.

2. Who is Pammy Cakes?

PJ (if you don't know than it really doesn't matter)

3. When can you say no to scheduling for JM?

see 1.

I think the point being made here is that before you're capped out you should always request to be JMed when accepting flying on your days off. It may not be the most lucrative in the short run, but it will give both you and your pilot group leverage later in the year.

I thought it was going to be more than that...on another subject, did anyone see G.A. on the latest crewnews?? It was kinda nice to see someone not let mgmt. duck a question and give some vauge answer.
