I think the point being made here is that before you're capped out you should always request to be JMed when accepting flying on your days off. It may not be the most lucrative in the short run, but it will give both you and your pilot group leverage later in the year.

Not likely unless he somehow sits reserve for a year (not sure how that could happen in this environment). Anyway, got 2 calls from people asking if I was "back". Would be kinda funny, I don't think my senority would be that diffrent, and I could use 5K....
