Oh I've gotten over the integration...the simply fact is that there's nothing I can do about it. So whether or not I "get over it" is irrelevant. The simple fact is that you folks got to keep you jobs when our folks (who paid dues) did not. Like it or not, those are the facts. So at the end of the day, yes...the FREE seniority you speak of was paid for by those that earned it, and is now enjoyed by those who did not.

Looks like the "one big happy family" integration is going to take some more time. That's too bad.

Flex:

1.) Hourly OT starts at 12 hrs (day rate/12 = hrly OT Rate)

Hourly is 1.5 x (day rate/12)

Starting before 0500 central is a request by the company, it can be turned down except on peak days. ( 200 bucks )

CAFOs in the challengers quit taking Capt. days and let's get some guys upgraded. ( For 30 bucks a day). You're only screwing yourselves. ( Lear guys, I understand)

To all you guys volunteering for overtime, while we have 85 guys on the street, you are as bad as SCABS!
