I like the part before the "dyin' aint much of a livin' boy" when the bounty hunter walks out of the saloon and Josey just stands there. When he walks back in everybody looks at him. He then says "I had to come back." Josey replies, "I know."

My question is, which character would be the MEC chairman and which the airline negotiator?!?

Of course, the part where Sondra Locke is getting gang-raped by the comancheros fits too when he says "They don't look so proud now."

I have always loved that movie and firmly believe it has the most quality one-liners in any flick before or since.

More Clint quotes

While not one of the better of the series (the original is still the best) Sudden Impact had just as many good one-liners in the first 20 minutes as most of the rest of the series...

"Who's we, sucka?"
"Smith, and Wesson, and Me."

"Go ahead, make my day"

And one of the best, right up there with "... do ya feel lucky, well do ya punk?":

"No, it's not getting to me. The shootings, the knifings, the beatings. The old ladies getting bashed in the head for their social security checks, teachers getting thrown out of 4th floor windows because they don't give A's.

It's not even wading through the muck of this city day after day, wave after wave of red tape and apathy trying to sweep you away. It's not that.

You know what makes me sick, what really turns my stomach? Watching you stuff your face with those things. Nobody put's ketchup on a hot dog!"

Marine Corps General Reinwald was interviewed on the radio and
>you have to read his reply to the lady who interviewed him concerning
>guns and children. Regardless of how you feel about gun laws you got to
>love this!!!!
>This is one of the best comeback lines of all time. It is a portion of
>a National Public Radio (NPR) interview between a female broadcaster
>and US Marine Corps General Reinwald who was about to sponsor a Boy Scout
>Troop visiting his military installation.
>FEMALE INTERVIEWER: So, General Reinwald, what things are you going to
>teach these young boys when they visit your base?
>GENERAL REINWALD: We're going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery
>and shooting.
>FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Shooting! That's a bit irresponsible, isn't it?
>GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see why, they'll be properly supervised on
>the rifle range.
>FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Don't you admit that this is a terribly dangerous
>activity to be teaching children?
>GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see how. We will be teaching them proper
>rifle discipline before they even touch a firearm.
>FEMALE INTERVIEWER: But you're equipping them to become violent killers.
>GENERAL REINWALD: Well, you're equipped to be a prostitute, but you're
>not one, are you?
>The radio went silent and the interview ended.

SpinDoctor,

A- for effort, F for currency. Your Caddyshack currency must have expired.

"...there will be no money,..."
