Integrity......or lack there of

We have talked directly with the FAA in OKC and verified that Sh!tfinger has never held a pilots licenses of any kind, not even a student certificate. He did not move anywhere, he was fired form US airways after creating the most antagonistic environment between management and the pilots that has ever existed in the company.

MS has never flown and he didn't move from US Airways? I wouldn't be so sure about that Silver. It sure sounds to me as if MS flew out the door after getting the black boot from US Air....;) Then he moved in on another pilot group where he again caused havoc and mayhem.

Imagery aside, Options pilots are right to be disgusted with the lack of integrity at the top. Working under a contract isn't just your best Option, it's clearly a necessary step required to protect your career and your family's income. Hang in there guys! Your cause is justified. NJW

You hold the moral high ground so dig in your heels and insist on a professional contract.

Floptions has been suffering from lack of integrity in our management for years. The one spark of hope for us to have a management that was ruled by good integrity and good moral rudder was when Ken Combs was here. He is gone now because he would not do things in the Floptions shady way, and he insisted on our operations being done in a TRUE safe and professional way.

These morons that are our managers now don't amount to navel lent compared to Ken. If Floptions is going to survive in any form, HIG is going to have to flush our current management starting at some of the PSM's all the way to the top and look for people that have the knowledge and the integrity that our pilots will respect and follow. Our current management have proven time and again they do not deserve, have not earned our respect and nothing they could ever do will fix that.:smash:

You are nothing but part of a union mob that will criticize anything you ain't got the nuts to be part of to try and fix what is perceived to be broken.

If you're so smart, YOU become a manager and see how you react to being attacked day in and day out by those that haven't the courage to step up to the plate.

It's easy to be on the sidelines and taunt the real players, it's hard being on the real playing field where the real work gets done.

Oh the Plight of the mgt "Workerbee"

It's easy to be on the sidelines and taunt the real players, it's hard being on the real playing field where the real work gets done.

Now where are you a "real player" that is being taunted on which "real playing field" ? ...Most importantly, exactly what "real work" would you be doing, being paid to be online all day, and all?
I thought you didn't have a dog in this race?
Hmmmmmm :erm:

Interesting words from a coward. I happen to know who SilverSurfer is and he has more courage than the likes of you would be even able to conceptualize.

As for attacks; With their pay cuts, lies, intimidation, and disregard for safety, management has attacked the company many times over. The issues have been presented to you many times but you have yet to address a single one.

It's easy to be on the sidelines and taunt the real players, it's hard being on the real playing field where the real work gets done.

You have got to be kidding! "The real work"?? By that do you mean management's denial of the state of the company? Their rearranging of the deck chairs on the Titanic? Their driving away of employees and owners in mass? Hell, they can hardly get pilots to even apply while their planes sit without crews. No, "the real players" are the ones on the front lines that stand to lose everything if FLOPS crashes. Management has the golden parachutes built into their contracts. The rank and file employees do not.

Voice of Reason's post bears repeating. Where are you such a "Real Player"? Who are you to talk about being on the sidelines? You have zero idea of what is going on at FLOPS. Put up or shut up.

Oh....here that BS is again. I can see it now...

"Attention Mike and Sanjay....just to let you know, I am promoting myself to manager. Please go about your regular business."

You want to talk about courage? You think it's courageous to be a manager? Are you kidding? Your perception of what courage is and what it takes courage to do is severely flawed. Tell you what...why don't we start comparing resumes and we'll see who has courage......

And what are you, the fairy fkin godmother? Fix what is broken, then just choke yourself and find a new job, and take tweedle dee and dumb with you, that will fix many problems here.

Official Response Form Scheeringa's Office

AIN interview: Flight Options COO Michael Scheeringa

By Jeff Burger
March 1, 2008
People

“I started when I was six,” said Michael Scheeringa, when asked how he wound up in aviation. “I grew up in Phoenix, and when I was in grade school, I used to take the city bus to the airport and watch airplanes take off and land, and count passengers. At that point, I thought I’d want to build airports.”

Scheeringa’s ambitions evolved, but his fascination with aviation remained. "By age 16, he was taking flight lessons. (He subsequently earned a pilot’s license but gave up flying for lack of time.)"

We have talked directly with the FAA in OKC and verified that Sh!tfinger has never held a pilots licenses of any kind, not even a student certificate. This only serves to add to speculation about why he has demonstrated through out his carrier such a disdain for pilots. Might it be that he has always wanted to fly but never had the guts or the aptitude to do it.

Sh!tfinger has been caught in one of his lies. After contacting the FAA a spokesman confirmed that there are no records at the FAA's OKC offices of him ever holding a pilot or medical certificate. He has been asked to produce a copy of his certificate only to have his PR lady to say they would have to get back to us. When she did this is what was received;

This morning a copy of his private pilot written test results, he passed with 76 was FAXed in. Dennis Baker was very apologetic and said that Michael says,

he either misunderstood the question or was not paying attention during the interview."

Michael NOW says he took flying lessons in high school and college but that the test report is all he has--he did not get a pilot's license nor did he get a student certificate.

This information came directly from Scheeringa’s office and is the first of several lies or inaccurate statements form recent interviews, both printed and video, that we will be exposing. Our CEO has a problem with the truth and everyone needs to know about it.

One certainly knows if they hold a license or not.... Not only does he lack integrity, (a serious character flaw) but admittedly he has problems understanding questions and paying attention during important conversations. That falls far short of the standard expected for a CEO. Wonder how much he's being paid to misrepresent facts while the Options pilots are trying to make ends meet on sub-par wages...

Those who fail to meet the standard should be given the boot.

Wabi, the FLOPS CEO has been busted for dishonesty. It's rather hard to argue with that truth, even for a word-twister...;) This is the so-called leader the Options pilots are supposed to trust (according to B19) to treat them fairly without a contract--ha! This proves exactly why the Options pilots need to get their pay and work rules in writing! Don't prop this guy up. No favors, no overtime. Ignore his letters. You can't believe a word he says! Let him fall on his -----

Options pilots hold the moral high ground in their fight against sub-par wages. Their sub-standard CEO needs to get the boot.
