TWO meetings? To negotiate??? Shouldn't there have been at LEAST that many going on already? My gahd, this "contract" will appear approx 2108 won't it? What in the H*** have those lawyers been doing?
Oh yeah...focusing on the NetJets IBB, then moving on to start the bs all over again with FlexJet. It's like "Groundhog Day" at IBT...guess the FLOPS pilots will get lost in the shuffle while IBT keeps that "carrot" dangling so the pilots will keep sending those pointless dues in. GET ON THE BALL, this is insane with seemingly no progress. In fact, the job is worse now than EVER before It's like kiddies fighting in the sandbox. Enough of the BS get those lawyers in there to stop this company from showing the world how lazy they are. They must be getting a great laugh at how they can violate any number of Labor laws, reduce pay and benefits on a DAILY basis, run an operation meant for 1000 pilots with 560, and IBT lawyers sit back and pocket dues to do NOTHING but working on bring more into the tangled web of worthlessness. Nice work (not) by the thugs AND this sh*tty company.

Usually I am bombarded by 10 or so "personas" within minutes of each other....same old script, same few accusations, same twisting of words for those that just gloss over the posts and take out the parts they want to see.
Fortunately, reality of what people think is far different from the vocal paid thugs that post here. I love the obvious IBT contrived threads where they start a subject like "Oh, I'm thinking about going to Flops...blah blah blah" and then 12 or so IBT paid screen names answer the same script within minutes of each other, with obviously set up answers.
Just as bad as B-19 and all his personalities.
In the real world, those not susceptible to cultish "brotherhood" bs or management fud, think you all need to just grow up. BOTH SIDES are ruining this industry and turning this profession to sh*t. Management with their cuts, and IBT paid bozos on here 24/7 working for NetJets to DESTROY THE COMPETITION and the reps of FLOPS polits forever.

The promises the union has made to me have all be legit and not backed off on. The statements the company has made have been of little value and change from week to week. They are flat out crooked criminals. Do I wish to have the added stress of fighting them? No. What sane minded management would want all the bitterness we have now amongst a group of employees serving the clientele we have? What same minded pilot would want to be part of this bitterness? I don't know you, but I want to tell you this. If you are having serious concerns about the Union, you need to address those concerns to the MEC or the E-board. These addresses can be found on your union website www.ibt1108.com.


I would also ask you to reconsider what I stated on another thread. You REALLY need to take emotion out of the situation. Not only does it not help, it makes you look a little foolish. I suggest it is time to throttle back. It is only business.
