Don't know about winning wars... but Semper Fi Teufel-Hunden.

Not a Marine myslef, but I have a lot of friends who are.......Happy Birthday!!

Thanks for all you have done for this country.

Been on the road, sorry I overlooked this one. Semper Fi brothers and sisters. Once a Marine always a Marine. Before you go to bed tonight, know that you will sleep safely, Marines are defending our liberties throughout the world. OOH RAAAHHH!!!!!!

Not to nit pick but it's actually Hoorah. It's a Celtic battle cry which means "To kill." Had a chaplain explain that and plead with us not to say it in church, which of course made us say it louder.

The joys of MCRD San Diego; stay up late watching the fireworks at Seaworld, watching the planes take off and wishing you were on one, then going to church and ticking off of chaplain.

Maybe in your neighborhood "nolife"

"Not to nit pick but it's actually Hoorah".

Maybe in your civilian mind?

But, in the Marines it's "OOH RAAAHHH".

Don't believe me? Ask R.Lee Ermey.

In the Army, its "Hoo-ahh".

In the Navy it's, "Uk,Uk,Uk,Uk, Aye Aye Captain"!

In the Air Force it's, "The Internet is down, launch the fighters! MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY"!!!!!!!

Sorry Navy/Air Force :) I don't know if you guys have a "cry", I just didn't wanna leave you out!

Don't worry "Nolife", that has been debated alot!

I was told Hoorah was a Turkish war cry?

So WTF????? Have whatever kind of day you want!

It's pronounced OOORAAH but spelled Hoorah, from what I'm told... but I could be wrong, I'm just a dumb grunt.
