If a fractional goes on strike and the company tries to cover with charter flights, would those pilots be considered 'scabs'?

I think it would depend on if those recovery pilots were unionized or not...
When Spirit went on strike there was some video of some two bit airline doing a flight under Spirits label.. Pilots were ostrisized.. But I don't think they were unionized, so to label them with the official "scab" label????
Jerks, maybe.... But they didn't cross any of their own picket lines....
Problem with fractional, or any unionized 135/91... There are so many mom and pop charter companies that can realistically recovery a flight that it is nearly impossible to know who is doing what.... In the airlines it is much easier to track
