It's not a bylaw thing thing. It's a DOL thing.
False analogy. Its doing the work that is being struck. Like flying an airplane with United or Eastern on it during their strife. Hope that helps you understand.
Bent. The scab list that was given to me (updated 6/2014) has several 91/91k/135 pilots on it. Being a non-rev and a jumpseater are very different. The Captain can deny a jumpseater, but not a non-rev, for being on the list even if they are a CASS participant. But you knew that already.
Warren's goons. Were you there last time? Those cops formed a protective ring.
Boo-hoo! Warren ain't ascared of no lawsuit. The event will be over before you immediately file in federal court.
See you in Omaha. I'll be handing out hot chocolate to the police.
The DOL only cares about elections and dues. You know that!!!!
What I know is that NJASAP can only represent NJ pilots, because of the way your association has been chartered.
How and why would a 91k pilot be on the scab list? That bull********************!
If (s)he scabbed while working for Eastern, for example, they would currently be a 91/91k/135 pilot on the scab list.
Bylaws can be changed. Repeatedly.
There was no protective ring. Your full of it.
For all we know, Famguy or his hubby is writing those comments to make it sound like John Q. Publik
Why not get a whole new guest at the party by flex inviting the TWU section of the AFL-CIO?
The way I see it, competition is good and having the teamsters and the AFL-CIO duking it out for bragging rights helps everyone.
IMHO, Flex going with the IBT would be stupid. And FO pilots should agree - it's not good for them to have their voice diluted in the pissing match Ricci has created.
Or does flexjet not need a union? Really if I were an NJ or FO pilot the last thing I'd want to see is a FJ union right now... so what is it boys - altruistic support or your company on top? You can only pick one.
