click on the SWA icon and check their payrates at that time. Thats a big reason why SWA was not the preferred airline/career choice prior to 9-11.

It was for me, I knew that a pay scale should not be the sole driving force behind a career decision. SWA had everything I was looking for in an airline, of course prior to 9/11 some people didn't understand my reasoning.
 
Delta's contact was first. The Sep 2000 contract at United was Delta+1.

That may have been the mantra, and maybe when it's averaged out that's what it equals that.

But I have copies of BOTH UAL and DAL's rates and there's more than $1 and hour difference across various fleets.

To the OP, I have UAL, DAL, and NWA's pre 9/11 rates. As well as USAir but it's only post 9/11 round 1 concession. As well as AA's that took effect in May 2003.
