Since the judges ruling the company cannot impose any cuts. However, I won't be surprised if they schedule meetings with al the unions this week if they haven't done so already. But, what can they offer any of us that we haven't seen is the big question. The rumors are already flying. Some say DTW will be flying more RJ's, some say we'll be flying Dash8's again and then you got the one that states the company will offer another proposal and if the unions don't take it then...liquidation. What can they really propose to us thats better then the 19.4%? NOTHING! It's so funny(not really) but at this point everyone just deosn't give a sh**, They just wanna get this over with.

The FA's at XJ don't have anything else to lose my friend. Court Order or Not. It's not worth working for a company when you make $15,000 a year. Minimum wage in MI goes up to $7.50 next week. We'd be making more at Mickey D's!!

Yeah, you shouldn't sick out. Everyone should just quit on the same day.

A judge can't make you work for a company.

However, I bet the company would be begging everyone to come back.
