FRACTRASH's last job was flipping burgers at McDonald's while he flight instructed on the side... of course he thinks his job is "the best".

He hasn't read the Net Jets contract, or he wouldn't be talking out of his a ss like he is... Just the free medical alone puts NJA over CS in pay, and that doesn't count all the bonuses and the grievances you guys get.

Just ignore him and maybe he'll go away.

LOCAL 1108 is coming to Options, and not soon enough!

I hope the above information will help anyone thinking about coming to CS.

I should think it would! No medical?! That's a serious drawback with today's high cost of health care. No problem for you, though-you're covered. What about those many other pilots who wouldn't be and who may well have a family that depends on the pilot's job providing health insurance? I find such a selfish attitude deplorable. It ranks right up there with your offensive choice for a posting name. Fractrash?! Is that what you think of the industry in general, or just the pilots who fly the planes? It could be an indicator that you are not the pilot you claim to be.

To all other CS pilots: I'm happy for those of you that are satisfied with the status quo. That said, I echo the NJ pilots reminders that you owe your recent payraise to them. This isn't bragging. All the NJ pilots and their families know that it was a joint effort. We're just trying to make sure that the concept of a union is given the credit it deserves. If your situation works for you, fine. But please don't put down others who don't have it as good and are only trying to improve their situation using the only real leverage they have. If you have it as great as you say you do, you can afford to be generous, right? So why not cheer them on? Can't you see that raising the standards industry wide will benefit everyone? When all of the other frac companies have health care (to give one example) as part of the compensation package, CS will have to match that offer just as they were compelled to raise your pay when the NJ pilots got their new contract.

Well said NJwife! These 3 are clearly ungrateful and think that they got their pay raise because as a result of being the "best" and that they "deserved" it. That is all incorrect, as NJ wife pointed out guys, you got it because of NJA pilots and our UNION, period. This seems to be a difficult concept to get through their thick heads though. Nobody here is trying to shove unions down your throat rocky, bogart and fractrash. People have simply pointed out the benefits of a union here and why it's needed and what it has done for us, most importantly that our pilots stuck together and showed support for one another over the course of these last 4 years (that brotherhood is clearly lacking with you 3).

You guys try to dig at the negatives of a union and then compare our union to Deltas union (specifically how Deltas union has "screwed" their pilots over as you say).........what a poor comaprison. Additionally, you guys suggest that as a result of our union, our customer service has fallen and that yours is "second to none." Cheap shots are cute, but guys, your REALLY digging here. If you want to complain about our union, find something that is applicable instead of useless and meaningless.

All too often we run into cocky, arrogant, ego filled and ungrateful youngsters such as yourselves. What would be really nice from rocky, bogart and fractrash is a show of respect, appreciation, gratefulness and a THANKS to the NJA pilots and our union. Lets see if you guys have the guts and RESPECT do that right here and perhaps we will think more kindly of you. Heres your chance.

It's not worth it dude.

We know why things changed.

We have pay AND working condiditons.

Without fighting, the others can only hope for somewhat comensurate pay withj mediocre working conditions.

Soft compensation is hard to quantify and even harder to enforce without a Union.

Not our loss.

Anybody willing to give "Trash" a letter of rec when CS starts laying off pilots. Then again he was probably turned down by Netjets to start with! That would explain the attitude he is dropping here! Do you really think he would vomit this crap out of his mouth in person? It's easy to hide behind a msg board with an anonymous name. Take the source into account when judging the non-facts. I gave you the benefit of the doubt at first, but no more!:uzi:

TORCH67: I can assure you I never got turned down at NJ, but if that makes you feel better, than good for you.

I knew it wouldnt take you long to answer! You chose to work for CS, you have to live with it! Good Luck!

About 90% of the people on this board wouldn't talk like this face to face.

Like torch said, YOU are one of those 90%. YOU are also in mgmt and you dont want a union on the property for the simple reason that you want the power to run your pilots like crazy without adhering to any rules. When you start doing that, think twice and remember where you came from too.
