As the fractionals get full from a manufacture standpoint, it makes more sense for them to enter the business and concentrate on their own aircraft like Cessna and Raytheon. While Cessna has benefited from their relationship with Netjets, they have the structure to go on their own if things ever change.

You are probably right but he does not have the leverage with Gulfstream that exists with the other manufacturers. They are also not as volume driven but with the new line up of smaller aircraft, they may want to see they have their own interests covered.

If it was clearly a business decision, management would have done it years ago.
